These terms and conditions refer to the offer of our cruise, excursion and transfer services.
Tuttoescursioni.it assumes the transport of passengers on board their boats according to the following rules that the passenger, with the purchase of the ticket, implicitly declares to know, accept and observe.
Presentation at boarding: passengers are required to show up for boarding thirty minutes before the scheduled departure time. Fifteen minutes before the time communicated on board by the captain, through the crew or the intercom network, in the case of an intermediate stop. Failure to show up for boarding within the time described in point one above does not entitle you to any refund.
Timetables: all timetables will be confirmed on board by the captain via the intercom network or through the on-board personnel. Tuttoescursioni.it reserves the right to make changes to programs and / or schedules in the event of unfavorable weather conditions, force majeure, technical and operational needs. This option does not entitle the customer to any refund.
Cancellations: tuttoescursioni.it reserves the right to cancel the trip at any time before the start, pursuant to Law N ° 1084 of 12/27/1997, with no other obligation than to return the sums paid. In the event of partial execution of a mini-cruise or a trip, La tuttoescursioni.it will refund only the part of the ticket calculated in proportion to the stretch not traveled. (Art. 406 Nav. Code)
Waiver by the customer: in the event of customer renouncement received within 48 hours before the start of the trip, tuttoescursioni.it will refund the amount collected in full. No reimbursement is foreseen in case of cancellations received after the established deadline.
Refunds: any ticket refunds will be made by the agency or ticket office that issued it.
Rates: The total amount of the ticket consists of the rate plus any other rights highlighted separately (port, municipal taxes, etc.). The applied rates include I.V.A. when due. For the rates of the individual services, please refer to the information that can be found at our agencies, ticket offices and on our website www.tuttoescursioni.it
Reservations: Reservations requests must be made in good time before departure at the Company’s ticket offices, at authorized third-party agencies or through our website www.tuttoescursioni.it. Reservations must specify all the data necessary for the purchase of the ticket requested in the appropriate forms.
In the event of reservations that do not reach the minimum number to allow departure or in the event of unfavorable weather and sea conditions, Egadi Lines reserves the right to communicate any changes to the service within a period of time between 24 hours and 2 hours prior to the service. path. The right to reimbursement remains valid in case of dislike of the new destination or a new date.
Tickets: To travel on the tuttoescursioni.it ships, the passenger must have a regular ticket, which proves the conclusion of the contract for the trip indicated on the ticket. This ticket must be kept for the entire duration of the trip and shown at the request of the Company’s control staff. Tickets are valid only for the departures, routes and services indicated therein.
Programs and itineraries: the visits from the sea, the circumnavigations, and the stops in the coves described in the programs and itineraries are always optional and subject to the sea and weather conditions, judged by the Commander of the ship unquestionably. Any failure to carry out for reasons of force majeure or operational technical needs does not give the right to any refund.
Authority of the master: All people on board are subject to the authority of the master of the ship, who is assigned the disciplinary power provided for by the law (Articles 186, 1104 and 1129 of the Navigation Code).
Prohibitions: It is strictly prohibited on board:
• Maintain behaviors or attitudes that are or may cause disturbance or harassment to other passengers;
• Exercise on board the profession of salesman, singer, player and the like and offer services or accompaniment to passengers;
• Smoking in the interior of the ship. For smokers there is a special area at the stern, which will be indicated by the crew.
• Tampering with furniture and equipment on board. For every need, passengers must exclusively contact the ship’s personnel;
• Wear or keep weapons and ammunition in your baggage, they must be delivered upon boarding to the command of the ship and will only be collected upon disembarkation, subject to the current provisions governing the firearms permit for the personnel of the Armed Forces;
• Take flammable, explosive, corrosive materials with you in your luggage. or in any case dangerous, as well as cylinders full of oxygen, compressed air, gas and the like;
• Throwing objects of any kind into the sea.

Legal regulations: For anything not provided for by these conditions, the provisions of the Navigation Code, the Civil Code and other provisions of the law in force apply.
